Remember the pair of Premiata Uomo laced up shoes which i ordered from www.thecorner.com about 2 weeks ago? LOOK at these pictures! This is the exact condition of the shoes when i opened the parcel! What the fuck! The pair of shoes is obviously worn or damaged! Look at the sole and the patent leather which is peeling off. I can't believe that they have sent me such an item...NEVER EVER BUY FROM WWW.THECORNER.COM!! They are a subsidiary of YOOX.
Not only a worn and damaged item was shipped to me but their customer service was extremely bad! I enquired about my order more than 3 times and each time the reply was the same..."we are processing your order and a delivery email will be sent to you"... nothing as promised. Now, i am not even sure if they will accept my return and refund me...

I'm surprised. I bought the Bruno Bordese boots after seeing your post about them, and even though their shipping took like a week, it came triple boxed -- the outer shipping packaging, followed by another box which was almost gift wrapped with tissue paper, and then the actual Bruno Bordese box.
yes the packaging was fine...just like Luisaviaroma
but i couldn't believe my own eyes when i saw the condition of the shoes...this has definitely been worn before!

Ouch, that's terrible how the shop ripped you off.
BTW, i bought the Balenciaga AW08 Patent lace-up boots. I like them, they are more masculine compared to SS08 onee. My wife said I look like Neo in Matrix with the boots (i.e. like an assassin!)

alright, it's been a few days - what's the update. have they recieved the package yet at least?
What size were they? I might contact them after you get your money back to see if they'd be willing to sell those at a deep discount - if they're my size
they haven't even collect the shoes from me...no response from them at all
its pretty badly worn and damaged...u sure u want them...its size 42 anyway
I can't believe they sent you these alvin, and I also can't believe they are iffy about refunding. I just bought a Dries coat from Browns. It took 15 days to leave the shop, and then arrived covered in bobbles and looking really shabby. These sites act so badly towards customers cos they can be faceless; you'd never get that kind of treatment in a store.

Yes indeed. But at least they took the shoes back from me and offered me a discount for my next purchase...
